Conditioning factors in the remote learning context in higher education

چکیده

With the epidemiological setting produced by COVID-19 pandemic, information technologies have increased in importance education and become even more significant, forcing unanticipated fundamental adjustments work organization. To guarantee that students continue to study, these developments educational institutions led growing usage of remote learning. This study investigates factors either support or constrain students' perceptions their perceived efficacy skill development a learning environment during second lockdown, Portugal. Between March 1 15, 2021, 258 (higher school) who were enrolled responded web-based cross-sectional survey. The results regression analysis revealed several conditioning for this mode could impact on soft skills development: technology issues, conditions (e.g., autonomy, materials) demotivation all significant factors. Given current future generations students, provide clues managers teachers higher establishments develop digital strategies innovative, attractive, motivating environments.
